Despite still being weakened from his bullet wound to his head, he battles the 99 fiends alongside Batman (Bruce) & Robin (Batman & Robin #16)

Comes up with a plan on the spot to subdue the powerful alien Athyns with help from Jericho (The New Titans #53)
